Dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations, with proof (or titre testing) provided before the first booking. Please confirm the current requirements with us.

Yes. We know it can be hard to find daycare for an intact dog. For everyone’s safety, intact dogs are never placed in a group together.

Every dog is reviewed individually. Group placement depends on health, behaviour, temperament, compatibility and available safe-care capacity — vaccinations alone don’t guarantee acceptance.

Please keep unwell or injured dogs at home. After a communicable illness we ask for veterinary clearance before returning.

A balance of play and rest, indoors and across our four fenced outdoor areas, with a mandatory one-hour rest after each meal.

We offer large kennels, foldable kennels and exercise pens — and you’re welcome to bring a familiar kennel and blanket.

Not unless they’ve already been introduced and socialized with the pack. Safety comes first.

Daycare starts at $25/day and boarding at $30/night (before HST). See our Pricing page for packages and memberships.

We ask for 48 hours’ notice (72 hours during peak periods). Extended stays require a deposit up front.
