Our mission
At K9 Stay N Play, we opened our doors in 2023 with a simple goal: to provide a safe and fun environment for dogs to stay, play and socialize. We make it our mission to ensure every dog feels at home while in our care.
Meet the owner
Muriel Tingley
A lifetime member of the Canadian Kennel Club with over 30 years in the dog world, Muriel has spent much of her life breeding and raising Belgian Tervuren and studying canine behaviour. A certified dog trainer, she reads body language to manage group dynamics and give every dog the same attention and care as her own.

Frequently asked questions
What vaccinations are required?
Dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations, with proof (or titre testing) sent before the first booking. Please confirm the current requirements with us.
Do you accept intact dogs?
Yes. We know it can be hard to find daycare for an intact dog. For everyone’s safety, intact dogs are never placed in a group together.
Does every dog qualify for group play?
Every dog is considered individually. Group placement depends on health, behaviour, temperament, compatibility and safe capacity.
What are your hours?
Open 7 days a week, including holidays — currently by appointment.
How do I apply?
Start the application on our New Clients page, or call/text us and we’ll walk you through it.
Give your pet a vacation
We’re in Weldon, New Brunswick — about 15 minutes from Riverview. Visits are by appointment so we can give every dog our full attention.
