- Memberships run for the year, and you pay monthly, in person — cash, debit/credit, or e-transfer (or settle the year up front if you prefer).
- No automatic charges and no card kept on file — you’re always in control.
- Your next payment date and amount show right in your online account, and we’ll remind you at your visit.
- 🦴 Pay ahead, get a treat! Pay a month before it’s due at your next visit and your pup gets a free dental chew — a little thank-you for paying early.
- You get a 4-day grace period after each due date — pay in person within those 4 days and there’s no fee. After that a 5% late fee applies. Not scheduled in soon? Just confirm your next daycare or boarding date with us and there’s no late fee. 🐾

Bookings and membership attendance are subject to advance reservation, health and behavioural eligibility, and available capacity. “Unlimited” daycare on the Gold membership is subject to advance reservation and available capacity. Full membership terms — including renewals, rollovers and cancellations — are confirmed with you at sign-up.
